关于GC配额,7月应该用不完

我觉得配额是否用完,应该看有多少被批准,不是看有多少在排队.
现在是有太多的人排队.但FBI那里出来的太少.所以就往FBI那里仍更多的人,虽然比例下降,但出来的人能够多些,所以才有可能不浪费配额.
要想看到FBI的效果,怎么也要几个月的时间.所以,今年不会倒退.
当然,如果FBI加速处理,倒退是会发生的.最快也要到10月以后.
