How to Removing Front Axle for Fendt 900 Vario Tractor?

This instruction show you guide on how to remove Front Axle for Fendt 900 Vario Tractor?

 

Fendt Fendias  v2024 diagnostic software

AGCO 2x4 CANUSB Diagnostic kit

Preliminary work:
– Remove cooler assembly

Remove hydraulic lines (arrows) on the left side

Relieve pressure on the front axle suspension accumulator (open both suspension lock valves)

Remove front axle suspension diaphragm accumulator

Remove hydraulic lines (arrows) on the right side (may
vary according to equipment)

Remove hydraulic lines of the auxiliary control valves in
the middle (arrows) (may vary according to equipment)

Remove hydraulic lines from the front cover (may vary according to equipment)

Remove filter for front axle (if present) together with hydraulic line

Remove front axle
