英国BBC报道说：彼得-安巴雷克（世卫调查组负责人）在新闻发布会上表示，根据世界卫生组织专家小组在武汉病毒所的调查、与科研人员的交流，结论是病毒来自该研究所的可能性“微乎其微”（extremely unlikely)，今后也不会就此进一步展开调查。中方专家梁万年补充说，武汉病毒研究所在疫情爆发前完全没有新冠病毒，因此也就没有泄露病毒的可能。#
如此，那就说明，美国NIH资助的武汉病毒所石正丽团队和美国生态健康盟会达扎克团队合作的新冠病毒开发研究项目及其论文和获奖（包括中国国家科学奖）、还有武汉病毒所的相关专利，都是欺骗；此外，武汉病毒所于2019年年初向美国方面提出的新冠病毒项目安全报告文献、向国际社会提供的蝙蝠病毒基因数据，都是欺骗。如此，理应撤销论文，撤销专利，撤掉武汉病毒所科研项目安全结论，撤销资助并要求当事人交还资金；同时，中国中纪委和美国联邦问责办公室理应就当事人公款欺诈而做出调查处理。

Peter, we see on social media, a lot of definitive claims that this virus originated in the laboratories. Tell us, how do scientists look at this question and how should the public be looking at this question?

We have now the tools that allow us to look at the genetic makeup of these viruses. And when we look at our virus, the COVID-19 virus, there is nothing in its makeup that would indicate that it has been manufactured. It's clearly a natural virus and there are many of these around, we have seen several of them in the past. So, in itself it's not a surprise. Laboratory accidents happen unfortunately once in a while. It has happened many times in the past. And of course, it's even a remote possibility. We have to look at this as a possibility. So, we will of course also look at that hypothesis among many others, even if it's an unlikely one. There is no evidence so far indicating that anybody was working with this virus in the past. There is no evidence to indicate that it would have escaped a laboratory in any way, but of course we will have that in mind when we look at the origin of this virus. #
My questions for you to answer:
1] Before WHO starts its investigation, how do you and what makes you to conclude that SARS-2 is [clearly a natural virus]? Is it a [science] that a conclusion comes before basic research? Are you trying to say that the WHO has already setup a conclusion but the investigation to PRC is just a PR show?
2] Just for a short time, say, from 2015 to 2018, there are dazens of academic papers regarding nCov or SARS-2. One of them, co-written by Zhengli Shi of PRC-WIV and Daszak in NYC in 2015/2017, indicated how they reconstructed nCov/SARS-2, for which Zhengli Shi was given PRC national academic award. Facing this fact, please explain your comment, that is, [There is no evidence so far indicating that anybody was working with this virus in the past.].
3] Not speaking of all, just look at S-Gene of nCov, WIPO has hundreds of patents around the world, of which China is a top owner. A common sense: patents are man-made, natural things are not patentable. And in PRC, an nCov S-Gene patent owned by PRC-WIV is used for testing purposes. Facing this fact, please explain your comment, i.e., [there is nothing in its makeup that would indicate that it has been manufactured].

Please explain how, in nature and without any artificial by human, those viruses could have 100% identical mutation [ATTAAAGGTTTATAC], a gap which happened at different places but the same period of time with different species, and where does that gap come from? And how could an ATGC record in a lab get those mutations without live-samples?
