Secrets to Healthy Skin That Glows

I guess this post is for girls only:) 

What’s your most powerful habit? For me, besides writing here every day, I have another powerful habit which I stick to it for at least 2 year is brush my body every day before the shower.

I learned the skin care routine from my former co-worker. She was over 60 during the time, but she has the most beautiful skin I ever seen in her age. Especially during the summer time when she wears sleeveless dresses, her bare arms and legs look very healthy and firm.  I thought it was her gene, she told me she has a secret weapon: dry brush and almond oil. 

Every time before shower, use a dry brush to brush your whole body from neck to feet for at least 5 minutes . According to her, dry brushing your body will not only remove dead skin but also improves circulation, waking up the lymph system. After the brush, use almond oil to massage your whole body until you feel very warm. Then take a shower, use soap only to some place you feel necessary:)  And limited your showers to 10 minutes and keep the water relatively cool.

it sounds complicated. But over the past 2 years it has become my daily routine. And honestly, my body feels super smooth ever since!
