怎么回答面试必答题 Do you have any questions for me?

面试不仅是我们拿到offer的敲门砖, 也是我们了解未来雇主的一个最好途径。 面试是一个双向评估的过程。 在面试官面试你时, 你也在面试对方。 你可以在面试中了解应聘公司的战略, 业务状况, 价值观, 文化, 具体职位信息, 等等。 这些都会让你对这个应聘机会有更多的了解。

通常在面试快要结束之前,面试官都会问你“你有哪些要问我的问题?” 这时你要不要问呢? 答案是: 一定要问, 一定要问, 一定要问。 重要的事情说三遍! 而且要用诚恳的态度问出有质量的好的问题。 问好的问题, 是尊重自己的权利,也是尊重面试官的感受。

什么是好的问题? 就是你在公司网站和大众媒体无法获知的对你将来是否考虑接受这个职位的合适的问题。
