其实昨天就想抢跑来着, 听某人的话要等发令枪响......老实孩子伤不起呀伤不起 

这首神曲以前唱过，但一直惦记着有些小问题要纠正一下。查了一下旧贴木有了，正好利用活动机会重炸了一版，一时尽兴。估计我的“成熟稳重安静宅”人设要塌完了，那就这样吧！

我有糖瘾，定期会发作一下。最近对低碳水烘焙来了兴趣。一顿操作猛于虎，大快朵颐很满足！吃起来木负担，还明显缓解了我的糖瘾，推荐给大家，更送给温和善良有爱顾家的巨蟹宝宝们 (据不完全统计: 无版, 金版, 飞渡, 微雨, 李哥, 爪四嫂 ), 欧叶！

左上、右上、中间分别是免烤版、高压锅版、烤箱版芝士蛋糕；个人最喜欢烤箱版，因为可以烤脆皮。

左下是杏仁粉亚麻籽面包。右下是夹心蒸馒头。

近几年low carb/sugar free/keto 食谱在油管遍地开花，很容易搜到！主要是把精碳水的白糖和面粉换成substitutes 就可以了。
