2021希腊之行(9): Corfu (Achilles Heel)

离开Ioannina，开车到 Igoumenitsa 再搭乘轮渡前往Corfu岛

 

 

 

 

The Achilleion Palace是奥地利皇后茜茜公主1889年修建的夏宫。茜茜公主非常喜欢这里的自然风光，也喜欢古希腊的历史，她用古希腊第一勇士Achilles的名字来命名她的夏宫

 

在电影《特洛伊》中，Achilles是电影里的男主角。相传Achilles是大洋神女Thetis的儿子。Zeus曾经想约P大洋神女Thetis。但Prometheus(普罗米修斯) 告诉了Zeus一个秘密，大洋神女Thetis的儿子的成就将超过他的父亲。Zeus一想，要是Thetis生下我的儿子，这儿子超过我的话，这神界就没我什么事了，吓得Zeus不敢约Thetis了，还把Thetis许给 Peleus

 

 

Achilles一出生，大洋神女Thetis就抓着他的脚踝将Achilles的全身浸泡在冥河里。成年后，Achilles非常健壮，身体近乎刀枪不入。但由于大洋神女Thetis抓的太紧，以至于冥河的水没有接触到Achilles的脚踝，使其成为日后的弱点。现在Achilles Heel 一词特指某人或某事物的最大或者唯一弱点。

 

在特洛伊战争中，Achilles率领来自Myrmidon的士兵，骁勇善战，号令严明，战无不胜。现在Myrmidon这个词往往指严格服从命令的人。但由于希腊联军的统帅Agamemnon抢走了Achilles俘虏的女奴，Achilles拒绝出战。希腊联军战场上接连失败，一度被打回到登陆的岸边。Achilles的表兄弟Patroclus穿上Achilles的铠甲出战，被特洛伊第一勇士Hector王子所杀。Achilles被彻底激怒，再次出战，杀死了特洛伊王子Hector。Achilles最后被Hector的弟弟, 特洛伊王子帕里斯(Paris), 在光明之神Appllo指点下用箭射中脚踝，希腊第一勇士因此而死去。特洛伊王子帕里斯在金苹果事件中判定爱神Aphrodite是最美丽的女神，然后在爱神的帮助下劫走了最美丽的女人Helen，从而引发特洛伊战争。后来特洛伊王子帕里斯(Paris)被希腊联军的弓箭手Philoctetes射死。一个金苹果造成了多少生灵涂炭

在宫殿旁边的一家餐厅，有一个巨大的观景平台，可以俯览Ionian Sea

 

 

Corfu老城的城堡，始建于公元6世纪，现存的建筑主要是奥斯曼土耳其和威尼斯人加固的

没有约到Scuba Diving，只好自己浮潜
