short sale bank approval letter for seller only
My broker told me that the bank approval letter for short sale if for the seller only. The buyer will not be able to see it. Is this true? I have seen the letter in my past experience (with some fighting). Any comments?
Here is my findings:
this agent brought up the "right" issue. I really don't know if buyer have the right or not. What I finally got from this deal is let the agent cover the part that deemed "private" and sent me the letter. I got it now.
