【今日房贷利率】5月5日(星期四)

短评:今天(5月5日星期四)和昨天收盘时相比,除重新贷款Super-Conforming 5/1 ARM的利率微降外,其它program的利率没有变化。重新贷款41万7以下30年固定为4.625%,15年固定为3.875%。购房贷款41万7以下30年固定利率仍为4.5%,5/1 ARM仍为2.5%。
