【今日房贷利率】5月25日(星期三)

短评:今天(5月25日星期三)的利率和昨天收盘时相比基本持平。重新贷款41万7以下30年固定为4.625%,15年固定仍保持在3.875%。购房贷款41万7以下30年固定利率仍为4.5%,购房贷款41万7以下5/1 ARM为2.375%。
