面试时,5个HR不能问的问题

这5个问题,HR是不能问的,这些问题虽然不是法律明令禁止(illegal),但被面试者如果未得到职位,认为是受到歧视,公司可能要面临法律诉讼。

1. What's your age?

2. Are you married?

3. Do you have kids?

4. Where are you from?

5. What's your religion?

如果你万一被问到这些问题中任何一个,请保持冷静,保持专业,把讨论带回到这份工作所需要的专业技能与经验上面去。如果对方坚持要问,可以记录事情经过,之后向HR或公司上层反馈投诉。

宏扬道德 回复 悄悄话 回复 '一个没有惊艳的老树' 的评论 : Thank you for your reading and question; I agree from the surface this question may seem to be OK, but questions like "Where are you from?", "What's your first language?" and "Do you speak English at home?" are off-limits, and there's no reason to ask during the interview. It can be viewed as basis for discrimination during the hiring process.
