到位于Dublin的印度素食馆为同事送行…

印度同事说Chaat是大豆做的，有点像豆腐。 但是餐馆的菜单把Chaat直接叫印度的农夫芝士(Indian Cottage Cheese)。

…

我不吃素，也不习惯很浓的香料味道。

这家餐馆却让我对印度餐刮目相看。

干净、整洁，服务不错，价钱合理，还挺可口…

我的中国胃完全可以接受…

装饰得像写字楼…

Mix Veg Pakora($9.99) — Deep fried onion, potato, cauliflower & spinach fritters made with chickpea flour batter, served with chutneys.

印度版的炸蔬菜…

Papdi Chaat($7.99) — Crisp pooris topped with potatoes, cilantro mint chutney, tamarind chutney, veggies and yogurt.

底下有脆脆的小圆饼，味道有点像日本的米通(rice cracker)…

Pani Poori/Gol-Gappe($7.99) — India’s most-loved street food; hollow crisp-fried balls filled with potatoes, chick-peas, onions and sprouts, mingled with tangy flavorful water.

把脆脆的空心球开一个口，填入五种不同的食材，再沾汁食用…

自称是印度最受欢迎的街头小吃…

Tandoori Paneer Tikka($13.99) — Marinated Indian cottage cheese cubes, layered with bell pepper and onions, roasted in charcoal-fired clayoven.

里面大块大块的是Chaat，本身好像没有什么味道…

Papdi Masala Chaat($8.99) — Crispy Wafers Layered With Potato, Cucumber, Sprouts, Tomato, Sev, Onion, Chutney, Chickpeas And Spices

刚出炉时饼脆脆的，就着上面的蔬菜粒很好吃…

等过久了，蔬菜里溢出的液体打湿了饼，口感就逊色很多…

Jeera Basmati Rice($4.99) — Aromatic basmati rice infused with cumin.

我没有吃过，看起来有些硬…

Punjabi Tadka Saag($12.99) — Fresh spinach & mustard leaves cooked with ginger, garlic, onion, tomato and traditional Punjabi tempering.

我曾经空口吃8块(不是这家餐厅)。

印度同事说拿馕沾上面的几种酱汁吃…

印度餐有很多种汁，每道菜都可以有几种专用汁。

有位同胞拿起馕，却不知道该沾哪种汁…

老板付账，不知有没有预收小费。

按西方人的传统，超过6人，是应该自动加小费。
