括经济、商业、文化、教育力量的支持，再加上民运和反对派力量在这
方面的完全无知，像瞎子、聋子，只能被动挨打，他们的艰难处境，也
就毫不奇怪。

各位：
参加民运多年，总结了一点心得，想与大家分享．
去年，FBI公布了一个数字，近年中共通过文化交流，包括学术演艺
等理由进入美国的间谍，至少十万人。这还不包括以开设公司经商和其
他名义出现的．听起来是乎有点恐怖，但美国人见得多了，没有在境内
现场逮到证据，就冷眼旁观，一旦拿到了证据就抓人或驱赶出境，这样
的新闻常常出现。当然，司法程序上有点点瑕疵，便入不了罪，如加州
陈文英案，就因法官认为检方有一个环节没有做好，就撤销了她所有罪
名，大量的证据变为废纸．但是，阻嚇作用是起到了，至少他们认为这
条线是收敛了．这就是美国人的做法，抓是抓不完的，与其让新面目出
现，不如留下老嘴脸看他表演。
引入我的正题．在我们这个松散的队伍中，中共的眼线怎可能缺席
呢？在圈中时间长一点的人心里都有数，哪些人是人品道德上的问题、
哪些人是性格问题、哪些人是一时糊涂站错立场、哪些人是真正带着任
务而来．对于前三种，可以采取劝导、团结、包容，也可以断绝私交、
甚至老死不相往来，唯一在对抗中共的各种活动中必须协作，因为那是
我们的共同理念，是我们背井离乡流亡海外的共同原因；对最后那种人
因没有证据，不能轻易妄下定论，更忌讳到处去讲，只要心里明白不受
其立场观点左右即可，我们大可与这种人作私人好朋友，对民运有利的
事就放手去做，合作反共，而原则是，不受私情影响、不改变立场、坚
守底线．
混进我们队伍中的中共特务，可能有全职半职及记件之分，只要秉承
上述原则，万变不离始终，没什么大了不起！这是＂你中有我，我中也
有你＂．在纽约，很多人都说这个圈又乱风气又不好，但有一点很重
要，民运的大方向和主流没有走歪，没有偏离我们的初衷，我们一起搞
活动的人，常见吵架，也有连话都没有一句，更没有私交的，平时各个
团体搞各自的事情，但对外或一旦有大的活动时，大家始终立场一致、
共同协作．对几乎打正牌或十分露骨的可疑分子，该出手时就出手，我
们一点都不好欺负！去年，我们就公开抵制某个太过分的所谓老牌＂民
运人士＂参加我们民联的会议和活动，理由并不是他是特务（因为我们
不可能有由中共提供的证据），只是针对他的某些行为及长期存在的问
题，认为他已背叛了民运人士的基本立场，在纽约，无论他怎样四处打
电话谩骂、网上攻击造谣，始终没有市场，因为这种靠政府医保救济却
可自费参加全球各地民运会议、私下又称不屑为民运人士、时常出入大
陆并畅通无阻的人说的话，难以让人信服。或许，过一段时间或在其它
地区，他可能再进入我们的圈中，我们当然是抱开放态度，能参与做事
就好，我们依然坚守底线。
针对有人说“特务也可以搞民运”的言论，我有这样的看法：我们与
中
共的立场绝然相反，有他一党独大的政治体制存在，我们只有坐牢逃
亡；有我们的主张要自由民主，就不可能有独裁的政党，水火不相
容．中间的灰线仅仅是，我们以什么样的方式推翻独裁统治、体制内开
明人士可能引发的裂变，但做法、形态完全不同，这是各自的身份背景
所决定的。为中共做眼线的人，我们视为恶狗，狗虽有通人性的一面，
但与人就是有本质上的区别，况且是咬人的恶狗！引以为豪的，只有是
它的主人，一个被咬的人有什么心情去为它歌功颂德呢？特务搞民运是
要搞垮民运，我们搞民运是要搞垮中共，即它的主人，二者只有在其一
隐藏或改变立场的情形下才能走到一起，否则，依然水火不容。我认为
此言论就算作为调侃，不贴切也不可取。
[按：中共“特务也可以搞民运”，但在美国，他们必须先向FBI自首备
案，才是合法的。不自首备案搞民运就是非法的，违反美国法律，就是
不能搞！
