Tesla股票部分可以选择拿option,rsu,cash.如果选option,就是rsu的1/3价钱计算，相当于三倍股数。如果以毕业时半年前两百多刀股价算，选择option,涨了两百多刀，这部分今天现值已经两百多万了，分四年拿，加上base.已经超过了大矿第一年的五六十万。
一般已经上市的公司没有option选项，只有rsu，就差不少。

好像M不太招外面来的硕士，大多是本校留硕.
Cal硕士和ucsd/uiuc留读硕差别不大.
S硕士如果做TA两年，如果自己付钱一年，适合跃进。
Cmu硕士小留多可能相对也容易进。
P硕士还是有发表，有不少外校来比如cal,Columbia在P读两年然后再去其他地方读博；一位cal本科在P硕士时有几篇引用很多的发表，是大模型的试金石之一.
