感觉还降低生活品位，因为不得不和比自己品位低的打交道。如果不当地主，是不会和这些人打交道的；不得不和他们打交道，就不得不用他们懂的方式，而这些方式是相对低级的。不想降低生活品位，就得用PM。[阅读全文]

我以前也当过码工。这个工作，一开始是脑力劳动，但最后是体力劳动。一天到晚在屏幕前动都不动，脖子也有问题，后背也有问题。我觉得房东和码工的最大区别，是在退休以后。房东退休以后，房价和房租不会因为你退休而不涨了，所以情况会越来越好。当房东是建立一个永久的事业，码工是一个现在的工作。不过，如果当码工能挣45万，房东都应该去当码工。我面前有一[阅读全文]
