先将五种蔬菜切丝和切片-洋葱，红萝卜，茄子，芦笋，土豆。混合一下。均匀铺在烤盘上。

生活在加州湾区，房价，物价贵得一塌糊涂。但有一点好处。就是基本上可以吃比较地道的中国餐。粤菜，我自我感觉比较地道。早年香港和广东移民一并带过来的。
川菜和上海菜稍差一点点。不挑剔的话也可以将就了。
