甜香酥美的【小豆沙酥饼】详细做法:

做了一些小酥月饼,和家人一起过中秋......

材料如下:

外皮

1.二杯半普通面粉,

2.菜油半杯,

3. 半杯室温水,(建议用半杯多一点的水,面会和的软一点,包时封口容易些)

4.良友牌豆沙一罐.

内皮:

1.(油酥)一杯半抵筋面粉,

2.半杯菜油.

3.芝麻少许.

4.蛋黄一个.

做法:

1.将面粉加水加油,揉成团,叫外皮.
2.将内皮的面加油揉成团就是油酥了.
3.将油酥包在外皮内,先擀成长方形的片,然后再叠成三层再擀,再重复两次,分成20块.中间包进去一小勺豆沙,捏成圆球状就可以了.

烤法:

先用350度烤15分钟,拿出来抹上蛋黄,撒上芝麻,再用boil上火烤8分钟就好了.放凉后可装载你喜欢的盘子里,bake cup里.

特点:酥香可口,甜而不腻,可当苏式月饼吃.

每年中秋佳节,朋友几年前送的昙花,这时候正是鲜花绽放之时, 一家人坐在月下,赏花品茶 吃着自制的小月饼,那种感觉真的是好美好温馨啊......
