家常面食:面片汤、疙瘩汤、韭菜盒子、芹菜陷锅贴

来点特家常的面食,方便简单:
1.面片一碗(自己擀的,炝好菜汤,开后边抻揪,边下锅,全下完煮一两分钟就好了,感觉是滑滑QQ,很是筋道,再拌上点辣酱,就点糖蒜,哈!香啊!)

2. 疙瘩汤一碗(撒上点白胡椒,再就点糖蒜,好吃啊!)

是这用拨拉出来的.(水调到滴答状态,筷子顺一个方向快速搅拌,就拨拉成了小一点的疙瘩了,这样的疙瘩下到汤里比较好吃.)
