推荐的面粉( 一袋面粉,可做16个叉烧包, 真的很像广式点心叉烧包的味道,包装上有详细的和面说明:
冰奶 or 冰水一杯,半杯白糖,一勺菜油.几滴柠檬水,没有也可以,倒入面中,合成面团,醒30 分钟就可包了,蒸出来的叉烧包面喧喧甜甜的,真不错的)
