这个牛肉干是我家用了二十多年的方子，原方是麻太太牛肉干，我根据自己的需要进行了调整。

牛肉 beef 6lb

酱油  soy sauce 270g

糖 sugar 144g

韩国辣椒粉 Korean red pepper 3tbsp

咖喱粉 Curry powder 4tbsp

水 water 150g

第一步: 煮至牛肉断生

First step: boil beef until fully cooked

第二步：顺着纹路切2-3mm的片

Step 2: cut 2-3 thick slices 

第三步：给牛肉均匀裹上酱汁

Step 3: coat sauce evenly onto the beef slices

第四步：每面350F 烤7分钟

Step 4: 350F 7 mins for each side

第五步：把从烤箱拿出的牛肉干倒入锅里，盖上盖，至温凉

Step 5: put beef jerky from oven to pot with cover until luke warm
