(一)春天来了,后院的花都开了......

 

 

 

 

(二)自从疫情居家令WFH开始,LD开始着迷于制作各种面食。 最近想起了小时候儿在自家楼下小摊儿一老大爷做的,咬一口儿直掉渣儿, 比大顺斋和隆福寺小吃店的还要正宗。可惜老大爷有一天早晨没来,从那以后再没出现。LD说打那以后北京最正宗和好吃的芝麻酱糖火烧绝迹了……..

既然再也无处买小时候想念的味道,那就自己动手丰衣足食。

1. 首先用凉水和面,在面中加了适量的小苏打和白糖,和好面醒三十分钟;

2. 把芝麻酱,红糖还有芝麻香油按适当比例对好,喜欢甜一点多放点糖,否则反之,搅拌好放置一边备用;

3. 面醒好后,擀成一个长的薄片,把兑好的红糖麻酱均匀地抹在面上,卷成长条;

4. 切成均匀的剂子,用手团成圆形,面和擀面杖上抹点儿油,这样更好把面擀开成圆,

5. 在平底锅上有少许油两面炕一下饼子,面皮变微黄取出;

6. 烤箱开350℉,把两面微黄的饼子放入烤箱再考十五分钟拿出就好了。
