No Knead Bread

3 cups flour ( 390 grams)
1/4 tsp. Yeast (1 gram)
1 tsp Salt (6 grams)
1 & 1/2 cup hot water (354 - 414 grams)

Sit for 3 hours

Bake at 450F (232C) within a heated Dutch oven for 30 minutes with the lid and then 10-15 minutes without the lid.

 

免揉蔓越莓碧根果面包:

高粉200g 水130g 黄油10g 蜂蜜15g 盐4g 酵母1g

蔓越莓泡蜂蜜水12h以上,泡的越久,蔓越莓越好吃
