材料 : 肉糜,油葱酥,香菇丝,虾米切末,辣椒末,洋葱末,蒜蓉。 调味料 : (1)五香粉,麻油,沙拉油,酱油,冰糖,米酒,味精,(2)清水。
做法 : 麻油,沙拉油各一大匙烧热,放进虾米末,蒜蓉,辣椒末,油葱酥以小火拌炒吃香气溢出,加入肉糜,香菇丝,洋葱末,所有调味料(1)拌炒均匀,注入两饭碗清水,转旺火烧开,煮10分钟后倒入砂锅里,以中火焖煮至汤汁浓稠即可。
肉燥用途广泛,捞饭,拌面,送粥,浇头,随意发挥。。。
