Russia demands surrender of two Ukraine warships 11：55am

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) - Ukraine says Russian forces controlling Crimea are demanding the crew of two Ukrainian warships surrender, the Associated Press reported from Kiev. A Ukrainian defense ministry spokesman said Russian navy ships ordered the crew of the two Ukrainian ships to surrender within the hour or face seizure by the Russian navy. The spokesman said four Russian navy ships are blocking the two ships in the harbor in Sevastopol, Ukraine.
