being nice is no need to say. being tough is not an easy job. It requires lots of courage, clear mind, intelligence, wisdom, vision. Integrity is the key. 越来越明白为什么人需要vision statement，要不然太容易偏离航向了。太容易了。没有明确的方向指导，蹉跎岁月，实在是太自然的一件事。没什么好惊讶的。
