对我饭后困乏想睡觉的探究

我以前吃过饭后时常犯困,想睡觉。近一年来很少吃米面,就很少饭后犯困了。这可能是与几乎不吃米面后,餐后血糖不再迅速上升有关,尽管我以前吃的绝大多数是糙米。有研究指出,高血糖会使血管收缩【1】,血压升高,心跳加快,血流减慢,又称精氨酸可以缓解这些效应【2】。最近嘴馋,吃了一顿pizza,约1小时后人非常疲倦,想睡觉,心跳加快。想起这些,买了一瓶精氨酸,数天后又去吃了一顿pizza,然后服用精氨酸。结果约1小时后仍然很疲倦,想睡觉,与前次相比,感觉没有任何差别。几天前再次吃pizza,加测血糖。吃pizza 前血糖 114 mg/dL,餐后1小时250, 餐后2小时157。与以前一样,餐后困倦,心跳加快。我若不吃米面,餐后1小时血糖134, 餐后2小时124。看来至少对我来说,吃米面后的困倦与血糖升高有直接的关系,精氨酸对我不起作用。可能高血糖也会使脑血管收缩,脑血流量不足,导致倦怠困乏。
