听了他的书《Lifespan --- Why Wd Age and Why We Don't Have to》,知道他吃好几种抗衰老保健品。因而上GOOGLE 搜索了一下,竟然看到一个详细记录这位教授的各种实践的网站。

概括来讲比较突出的是这几个方面:

1. 保健品(Supplemental Regimen) :

  * Resveratrol

  * NMN

  * Metaformin (糖尿病最经典药物)

  * Statin

  * Asprin

  * Vitamins

2. 饮食(Diet)(间隙性断食;少肉;无红肉;极少糖/面包/面食等)---这个都已经是共识

3. 锻炼 (高强度低损害的跑步1-2次/周;举重1-2次/周)

4. 良好生活习惯

5. Sleep in cold bedroom; do cold exposure

 

尤其他说,目前83岁是发达国家的人均寿命。但是依据现在的趋势,20-30年后人均113岁可能性很大!
