This cat's just chilling, watching the world go by, fully upright like, "Whatever." "What? I can't sit here with my paws up on the rail without everyone making a fuss about it?" The cool kitty's obviously had several helpings of catnip today and doesn't seem to have a care in the world. The video uploader said the breezy feline was in the park casually watching the sunset when they strolled by.
