Re: The Pursuit of Justice

Dear Government Agency WCB Officials,

I applied for WCB Board Review of my WC Case # G2029240 on Oct. 31, 2019, and then submitted a 54-page document, The Pursuit of Truth, on Dec. 18, 2019. I have been waiting for so long the justice to this premeditated and coordinated attempted murder case since the date of injury January 16, 2018. My life, liberty, and happiness can not be traded with a compensation of ~$435 or  $150/week for the perpetrators' enjoyment through a such complex case deliberately and coordinately twisted by so many other parties including the employer, its WC carrier, its defense attorney's law firm, the treating physicians, the IME physicians, my former attorney's law firm, and some personnel from the USA government agencies such as WCB.

My full version of The Pursuit of Justice will be served when it is ready. Right now, since the most recent MRI (2nd on head, on Dec. 27, 2019) also showed signs of the MRI facility's blatant irregularity, including giving me a blank DVD on the day of scan and then another DVD problematic in access to its content. It again shows the necessity for the governing authority to investigate the case from a true base of the victim's injuries as soon as possible. I appeal to the USA GOVERNMENT AGENCIES such as WCB to send me to an MRI facility for an honest and high-resolution MRI on my head and whole spine, and then to a treating physician or physicians for real examination and treatment. I turn to this system for JUSTICE, on three aspects, health recovery to its maximal possibility, criminal case justice to the perpetrators, and financial compensation. I turn to this system, not for further being tortured and murdered toward death by this system. That's not a joke when the details are revealed in my full version of The Pursuit of Justice.

Thanks for your attention.
