I was scheduled by Brookside Consultants, Inc. (120 Madison Street, Suite 100, Chittenango, NY 13037 https://www.brooksideconsultants.com/) for a Nov. 08, 2019, 12:30 PM Independent Medical Examine (IME) performed by Dr. Robert S April at 120 E. 86th St, 2nd Floor, New York, NY 10028. I arrived with my teenage child (minor) in time. 

There were many bizzare and flat-out lying things performed by the people at this clinic address, Park Ave Medical Professionals. Today, I will only identify the attacker, Dr. Charles S Saha at Park Ave Medical Professionals. Because of the IME problems with Dr. Robert S April, I was calling Brookside Consultants; Because Brookside Consultants was making her lies over the phone about the IME, I needed to point out straight. The phone call was going only two minutes, and Dr. Charles S Saha dashed out, ran to me, started to grab my phone, my left hand, and left wrist with great amount of force from his two hands. He deliberately wrung and squeezed my wrist, particularly my left wrist's median nerve. He is a physician, professional to leave no superficial injury marks but to result in real internal injury. The arrived two policemen did not do anything to him, and the tall and heavy-built policeman was telling me that Park Ave Medical Professionals told him that my phone signal interfered their medical equipment!
