rationalize your habit - human nature

I suspected that some commercial secret is behind such research. If you got something to sell, you purposely pick up whatever supports your hypothesis. Like any commercial products, coffee, tobacco, sun lotion, cream, beauty, you support (money-driven) such kind, ignore any negative data.

Such positive data fit to consumers' hope: Don't you like chocolate? If you do, yeah, it's good for you.

It appeals to human's intelligence - you wanna rationalize your habit - a new trend of commercial psychology. If you're well fed, you'll be attracted to how to get up to Heaven - Theology.

If any human need, there is a market. If you don't have a need, they'll create a need or force a need to you - either way - they try to sell things to you.

(CNN) - New research suggests that chocolate may not be bad for your heart.

The University of Aberdeen team found that people who ate the most chocolate were the least likely to deal with cardiovascular disease or stroke.

Chocolate consumption was also linked to lower body mass and exercising slightly more.

The study measured over 21,000 people.

But the researches warn there could be other variables beside chocolate for the results, so be cautious when interpreting the study.

The research was published in the journal Heart.
