吃蛋了!

找出几个以前做的菜,希望能”抛蛋引蛋“,请同学们介绍更多的做蛋的花样,咱家有个正在长身体的臭小子,不怕吃过量。先谢谢大家了!!

一直没懂为什么“蛋”要和一些贬义词联系在一起,什么坏蛋啦,混蛋啦,完蛋啦,连对王八不满也要把蛋给扯进去。其实,蛋对煮妇来讲,是多么好的食材!

赞歌结束之前,想要重笔墨推荐上面提到的一枚“炸蛋” ——女婿蛋。其实就是虎皮蛋再浇个汁水。这个汁水的组成是2 大匙油+14 杯酸角汁+12杯椰糖+2 大匙鱼露+少量盐+14 杯水煮开熬浓,浇在虎皮蛋上,再加上油炸的蒜末、红葱末、红辣椒。我笔拙,描述不出那种有层次的口感,只是做菜和吃的时候,都觉得很爽就是了。我一直在想个菜为什么被称之为“女婿蛋”?也许家有闺女的妈妈们能给我一个答案
