“斗私批修”后的豆腐菜;海鲜斗豆腐、三文鱼斗豆腐

记的小时候我们每当写作文(其实那时也没写什么作文,但每天却要写什“斗私批修”批孔孟之类的,)为了在纸上多写点,同时为了“跟上时代”当时但凡所有的文章一般开头都会有:东风吹、战鼓擂,当前全国形势一片大好,我校的形势也是一片大好,在这大好的形势下,我们班……呵呵,几十年过去了,如今私房上帖也耍写多、写“详”,可惜,由于受林彪四人帮读书无用论的影响,斗大字不识几个,我写不了多更无法可“详”杯具呀!不过话说回来,简单一块豆腐开水烫烫、上面撒点料,切刀装盘这地球人都会的东东,能写详什么?毛主席,起来救我吧!

好了不多言了,再多,又要开批斗会了,周末上菜、

嫩豆腐一盒,豆腐改刀切小粒,入盐水略煮,蜊蜊取肉、虾仁少许入盐略腌,先将海鲜料入油划过,入姜末高烫烩煮豆腐,侍豆腐入味再入海鲜料共煮勾茨即可,(海鲜类入早易老)

三汶鱼“斗”豆腐:

豆腐一盒、牛油果一个、鸡菇几根,熏三文鱼少许,豆腐切条炸成型,入盐与菇略煮,与以上材料包至一起即可(因三文鱼略咸,故不用加调料,以吃原味)。
