SUMMARY:今天(4月4日星期四)的利率价格和昨天相比变好!如果明天劳工部将公布的3月份就业报告超出市场预期的话,利率会反弹。反之则会继续下降。目前重新贷款40万左右的利率30年固定仍维持在3.5%,15 年固定略降为2.625%,5/1 ARM略降为2.875%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率仍为3.375%,15年固定略降为2.375%,5/1 ARM略降为2.5%。 |
