短评:今天(6月28日星期二)的利率和前两个工作日的相比上涨!重新贷款41万7以下30年固定涨回至4.5%!15年固定仍为3.75%,5/1 ARM为仍2.875%。购房贷款41万7以下30年固定利率仍为4.375%,15年固定略涨为3.75%,5/1 ARM仍为2.625%。
