短评:今天(5月12日星期四)和昨天开盘时相比微降!重新贷款41万7以下30年固定降回至4.625%,15年固定仍保持在3.875%。购房贷款41万7以下30年固定利率仍为4.5%,5/1 ARM仍为2.5%。
