Your post is very helpful to me.
My boss has been giving me too much work. I have been quietly carrying the burden for quite sometime. Seeing my plate getting so full each day and still more to come, knowing I could never finish all those on time, I feel stressed and helpless.
I started to try to communicate with my boss today after reading your post. My boss asked me to have monthly metrics done by noon today. I was a couple of hours late. He was not happy about it. I emailed him, Sorry I did not get this done sooner. I had to solve an urgent issue this morning... He did not answer. I hope he understand and realize how much I\'ve been carrying and give me a break in the future. Or at least appreciate me more.
