当年刚开始学习Psychology时，它就是我最爱学的，但不好学。几年后又学Psychology，它还是我最喜欢学的，尽管脑海中的问号从来就没少过（甚至更多）。
我从来都坚信Psychology在临床上的应用效果甚微，也从来没见过Clinical Psychologist or Psychiatrist 根治好任何有心理疾病的人。但Psychology帮我更清楚的去了解自己、了解别人。
今天读到Benedict Spinoza的一句话，很受震撼，记下来以自勉——
“I have made a ceaseless effort not to ridicule, not to bewail, not to scorn human actions, but to understand them.”
