菠萝要买橙黄色的最好。绿的可以和香蕉放到同一塑料袋里(香蕉会释放有催熟作用的乙烯气),注意要天天查看避免熟过了。

脱皮(一定要利索,不能连刀),去核,切片(一定要一致,最好别有大有小),造型(注意整齐划一)

插牙签(要插成一条等间距直线,各签平行并且一般高)

上盘(盘子小点好,菠萝片会挤在一起。盘子太大菠萝片就会散开,影响美观)
