Makes: 20 Pancakes Ingredients: 2 bananas 3 eggs ¼ cup almond oil 1 tsp vanilla essence ? cup plain yogurt 2 tbsp sugar 1¾ cup gluten-free backing mix (with raising agent) If using plain flour, add 1 tsp baking powder 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional) Butter for pan Directions: 1. While heating a flat pan on medium heat place all ingredients into a blender (wet ingredients first), and blend. 2. Melt a small amount of butter on the pan and pour out small circles of batter. 3. Cook on the first side until small bubbles appear, then flip and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the second side. Enjoy! |
