-- Watching Superball

Really rooted for Colts, 1st quarter did boost my confidence. But the bounce-off-chest by an Colts' receiver for 3rd down in mid-2nd quarter seemed to be the turning point: Manning did not get the ball back for almost an hour (including half time) after that play.  Drama though with Colt defense to fend off later quarter attack within yards to end zone by Saint's gamble on 4 down. Saint's kicker did an impressive performance too.

The on-site kick opening of the 2nd half was special, again, the ball went in and out of the Colts defense player's chest.   Tracy Porter's interception sure looked like a game winning moment, but it was the multiple slippage of Reggie Wayne in the 4th quarter and that half step of slowness to the last end-zone catch through hands and unawaring the Tracy Porter's position cost the game.  A few other receivers except Clark did not performe as well, could be covered too tightly, or that just a bit out-determinated by Saints.  Manning did what he could, defense did what they could, maybe bit short on short-passing defense.

Saint won the champ with their hearts, guts and determination, quite a game.
