Be it glorious, be it painful, this year is over.

Let us parents look beyond the glorious grades or not so glorious grades. Pay attention to what our kids are saying and what our kids are trying not be o say. 

Let us not poke them where it hurts.

Let us talk to with, talk with them, but not at them.
