I still believe we are in the new bull market.Today's pull back create a lot of opportunities to add some shares.
I still have 1/3 position cash.If tomorrow market still drops, I will start to add some positions.
Real estate and Financial are still my favorite.
Forestcity has found some funds for several projects under constructions.
I really believe it will survive and get back to $50 by end of 2010.It has reached 9.4 for several time.
Once it breaks out that point, it will rise sharply.
SPF is another one I may add shares tomorrow.
It drops because it was downgrade by JPM.
But I really believe homebuider's run is not finished. |
