无论你辞职还是被踢,都会经过人事部门的离职面谈这一过程。我只经历过辞职而且是PT工作,那里没有正式的人事部门。是我主动找头辞行的。所以,对于离职面谈,我并不清楚。以前零零碎碎听说过一些离职面谈的主要内容和注意事项,好象是让你签个字,认可对公司不会斥诸法律。
今天看到一个以离职面谈为标题的文章,读后发现比我原来了解的大为全面,还有不少新意。拿来与各位分享。

What to do: 8226; Ask the reason for your dismissal, record it, and read it back. 8226; Inquire about your benefits, severance, insurance, and pay plan. 8226; Ask for a reference from the boss. But first, make sure he likes you. 8226; Offer to see out any projects that you were working on, or help ease your replacement into the role. 8226; Express your gratitude for your employment; express your sadness for leaving.
What not to do: 8226; Beg for your job back 8226; Badmouth anyone or any aspect of the company 8226; Display any negativity 8226; Offer constructive criticism 8226; Punch, kick, slap, choke, eye-gouge.
