花粉过敏季节，分享一下一个对我治疗花粉过敏很有用的一个简易方法，柠檬蜂蜜水。蜂蜜最好买当地的没有被过滤（花粉没有被去除）的。柠檬切去俩头后，切片（越细越好，原谅我的刀功），装瓶中。倒入蜂蜜，搅拌均匀，可以看到蜂蜜变稀了（图四，右边加蜂蜜了，左边没有）。放冰箱冷藏。每天早上，放一俩勺液体以及一片柠檬到温水中，空腹喝下，把柠檬连皮吃掉。如果可以买到花粉，花粉和蜂蜜水同时服用。我当初过敏，春天鼻子到嘴角处，擤鼻涕擤得都是红的，打喷嚏打得肚皮都痛。更有甚者，高速路上经过某颗树，会突然喘不过气来。随时要有水在手边，否则觉得小命都危险。吃过敏药，先试那些大牌的，后来别人告诉我要吃那些便宜的非大牌的，甚者告诉我要在过敏季节来之前就吃，都试过了，一年年的，痛苦不堪。整个春天就是病态中。针灸，甚者过敏季节回一趟中国。对付眼睛痒痒的，喷鼻子的，都找医生开的处方药。没有一个管用。我终于烦了。不吃药也不用药了。改试各种听说对花粉过敏有用的饮食疗法。经过坚持不懈的努力，我现在可以比较淡定地享受春天的景色了。柠檬蜂蜜水我认为功不可没
