昨天跟朋友聊天,说到香辣蟹,当时正在上班,说的我2都饥肠辘辘,甚是不爽,今天一生气,跑到TNT7.99一磅买了2磅3的螃蟹回家慰劳父母(当然还有我这个大搀猫)
步骤是这样的。
首先,螃蟹TNT可以帮你切,这帮了我不少忙,我可没本事和耐心去敲碎螃蟹的壳!拿回来稍微用水冲冲放一边待用,

其次准备配料,有金针姑(经验告诉我,虽然好吃,但是还是蘑菇更方便一点) 有牛油半块,姜葱蒜辣椒全要,切好放一边待用,

锅热了之后,放油,然后把黄油和辣椒放进去抄,抄热之后,放姜葱蒜再抄,

出味道之后下螃蟹炒,螃蟹壳可以最后放。

因为我要加蘑菇和米粉(因为没有了粉丝,今天忘记买了,凑合吧:(
所以我把螃蟹又加了水,不然是可以稍微用酱油勾芡一下就出来的。
加水后,大火煮个5分钟左右,螃蟹拿出,

水继续煮蘑菇和米粉。
