小.蝌蚪的免治蕃茄豆腐炒雞蛋

1.免冶就是碎肉(minced),我用的是一小塊牛眼排的外圈肉,用刀剁碎.
2.蕃茄先在頂端劃個十字,熱水里燙一下,再冷水浸一下,剝皮去籽切塊.
3.先炒蕃茄,火不要太大,炒軟出水後再加些高湯煮開,加糖塩胡椒,然後把切成小塊的豆腐倒入煮開後起鍋備用.
4.炒碎牛肉,下葱薑蒜,略炒後將碎牛肉推至鍋邊,下打好的鸡蛋(塩,白胡椒)
鸡蛋略攪,半熟後冲入蕃茄豆腐,調味起鍋.

炒雞胸肉片
看見有只大蝦在這里教過怎樣炒雞胸肉在會嬾滑.她/他說把雞醃好,煮一鍋滾水,下雞攪開,這時候雞片就會半熟,再用鑊炒熟.
我希望把他的綱名記起,這樣可以好好的謝謝他.
