自家製腊肉 all I used was wine, sugar, salt, light and dark soy sauce. 里脊肉馬鈐薯非糰子 Pork Tenderloin and Gnocchi this is how I made the gnocchi 冬瓜盅 Baked Mushroom (need to eat it right away from the oven)
