Cambridge science festival
We went to shopping mall one day, and saw students doing robots show for introduction of Cambridge science festival. Lucy went to them, and told them that she loves robots. Since Lucy had great time last year, we decided to go again.
It was excellent. The high lights for Lucy are lots of robots, movies effect demonstration Harry potter invisible cloak, theremin music instrumentand plasma globe.
Lucy’s favourite robot is a spider robot, with sound sensor.
Lucy spent good half hour standing in front of the screen which show how to make things invisible in movies.
Lucy spent very long time to wave hands in front of the theremin music instrument.
And she spent another hour touch the plasma globe to see the purple lighting inside, and later she told us her hands are crackling.
Everything was too excited, and Lucy was very tired. We had to drag her away in the end of the day. The next day, when she want some attention, she came to tell us her hands are crackling. |
