Quiche Lorraine
很久没做Quiche了, 觉得太rich, 年记大了, 不敢多吃, 邻居开party, 她们爱吃我做的西菜, 就想到做它, 因为人多, 一人吃一点就没问题, 结果她都舍不得拿出来给大家吃了.
材料:
买的酥油皮, all butter puff pastry sheet, 觉得用酥皮更好看,好吃,
6条培根, 切片, 3个蛋, 1杯鲜奶油, heavy cream ½ 杯牛奶, 1杯gruyere cheese, 刨丝, ¼ tsp nutmeg 盐和胡椒少量,
做法:
烤箱预热350F, 把酥油皮放在抹过油的烤盆里, 把培根炒出油, 取出, 均匀洒在酥油皮上 把其它材料拌匀, 倒在铺有酥油皮的烤盘里, 进烤箱烤约30-35分钟, 取出晾15分钟

剩了一张酥油皮, 就想把它用掉, 就做了这个,
Onion bacon tart
材料:
4条培根,切片, 两个大洋葱切丝, ½ c山羊奶酪, goat cheese, 1/3 c 法式酸奶油, crème fraiche 盐和胡椒少量, 买的酥油皮, all butter puff pastry sheet
做法: 烤箱预热400F, 把酥油皮放在垫有烤纸的烤盆里, 把培根炒出油, 取出, 留一点油, 加点奶油炒软洋葱丝, 加点盐和胡椒, 拌入山羊奶酪, 法式酸奶油, 培根, 倒在酥油皮上, 抹平, 留2”的边, 四角捏起来成盆型, 进烤箱烤约15分钟, 取出晾5分钟,就可切开享用了.
